Very disappointed in the service provided. I admit in the consultation the talk is overwhelmingly good. Once they collect your money, they are hard to even get on the phone. Numerous promises that someone would call back, never happened. The promises of them and an investigator taking my mother to the duo checkpoint to video the scene never happened. My mother heard from them a day before court. Unprepared not worth the money. Total ripoff. Take your money to someone who cares about results.
