I have an class action lawsuit with Davis&Crump and I have been waiting over a year to receive my payment and all I've gotten is the run around from Susan gavanie... I tried to get a loan from a loan company on my pending payment and they wouldn't forward the necessary information for the loan and tried to persuade me not to... So now I'm I'm reporting them to the Bar let's fill a class action suit against Davis&Crump.. Respond .looking into a lawsuit against Davis&Crump for breaching my lawsuit and for stating falsification on my lawsuit and they had the audacity to charge40% ... And withholding my funds and they've already received payment on a portion of my lawsuit but never sent me a dime.. Davis&Crump are thieves... And a untrustworthy lawfirm... Let's start a class action against them

Maybe we should get together and class action sue them!!!! My mother fractured her wrist and waited until the day she died on this money. They would never let me speak to the attorney and I asked for a year. I found the legal assistant rude and I stated to her I'm the administration on the estate so they had me sign paperwork. I asked March 21st 2016 when we would receive the money from the class action lawsuit and she said January. I just spoke with her yesterday and now she's saying the end of 2017. I have been consulting with another lawyer that I used to work for and I suggest you do the same. We will be reporting this to the bar association and I suggest anyone having these issues do the same!!! My lawyer stated this makes no sense and the bar can look into their affairs if we are pushed away!!! I'm going to see if I can file a malpractice case as wrll. I asked for a discovery of the case and was given the rUn around. A discovery is all of our legal right!!! I'll help anyone I can with this. I hope you all have a better day than I am!!!!!

This company is ridiculous, I have been trying to get my money 3 years and still waiting... I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy

I was also told I won my class action suit and would be getting my money at the end of last year. No word, no replies to my email. Did they get their share? Probably. I will be taking this to the next step I guess by contacting someone to look into them. When I am a client, and they are supposed to be representing me, I want representation, not silence.

Settlements,class action,Lawyer,Law firm,Paralegal,payout,STAY AWAY,Terrible,Liars,thief,,,this firm represents the basic belief of how crooked lawyers exist,,Paralegal Susan Gavagnie is Rude,unreliable and manipulating,Davis and Crump both have no concern for the clients. This firm could very well be practicing the interest bearing procedure,where they get paid now on cases and hold back payment to the client until last moment,and no way to prove the true amount. I have Lawyer knowledge and have handled many cases. This firm did a very wrong action towards me regarding a class action medication lawsuit we were in coordination together. Bad Firm.Also these TV add firms are actually working for the Company Defendants posing to be on your side when the true intention is to get you a Low settlement on a gauranty case.

When you enter a class action suit, and WIN money you NEVER see it. You NEVER hear an update on where your money is. I received one letter stating I would see in a specific time frame. It has been years now, which is WAY past the original time line. They are not a good firm. GO elsewhere if you want to actually receive the money that is rightly yours.

Very unconcerned with individual personal injury cases. Avoid them if you need any sort of personalized legal advice and/or help with navigating a personal injury suit. Unless you're involved in a major class-action lawsuit, their specialty, do not go to this firm for representation. Trevor Rockstad and Susan Gavagnie are currently handling a case for my wife and they seem to have little concern for our needs and/or convenience. Any questions regarding how to proceed with treatment and other basic inquiries about our suit, are met with "blank stares" so-to-speak as if were idiots for not knowing the legal process. It takes weeks and months at times to get a phone call returned. I cannot leave a voice mail and expect a returned call. I have to have the receptionist walk post-it notes to their desk in order to hopefully get a response within a week. It takes some shaming to get a call returned. It's unbelievable how they treat people who are hurt and just need some advice and help.
