I had a great experience with Mr. Maggio and his law firm. I'm not local but had a custody/visitation modification trial pending in MS, so I had to make a choice. I read many internet reviews and after a few phone consults with the highest rated attorneys in the area that I could find, I decided to go with him. On trial day I knew I made the right choice. His superior legal knowledge, commanding presence, and unique ability to read the room/situation perfectly ensured that I received the best outcome possible. Mr. Maggio truly enjoys his profession and it shows after just one conversation with him. If/when I need legal representation in the area again, he'll be my first call.

Mr. Maggio is a level of resiliency I don’t think I’ve ever seen before. He came out swinging with such force…and never looked back until all documents were signed. To say I was in awe would be an understatement. When you’re hiring Mr Maggio and his team, just know…you’re hiring the absolute best that there is.

Mr. Maggio and his team did an excellent job representing me to get grandparent visitation with my grandson. I would give him 100 Stars if I could. My family is back together again because of the hard work Mr. Maggio and Ms. Jean his paralegal provided for me even in the midst of the pandemic. If you are experiencing Grandparent Alienation as I was, well my heart goes out to you because I know the unbearable pain it causes mentally. Grandparent Alienation is a form of abuse to the grandparent and the grandchild. Grandparent Alienation is: “Elderly abuse and child abuse.” Please contact Mr. Maggio and his team to help put an end to the suffering if you are facing Grandparent Alienation. My previous divorce attorney took 5k from me and did the bare minimum and then left me high and dry. BUT Mr. Maggio and his team did everything possible to make sure I was taken care of and that I never had to even speak to or go back on the stand. Covid 19 hit and it took longer than expected but they still get it done. I am very happy that I was recommended to them and will use them again if I ever need legal services.

I called to see if they could help me with international divorce. I was calling around and was going to ask the receptionist if anyone there speaks the language I need but she doesnt let me finish my question and puts me on hold. So I call back to let her know I just wanted to make sure it could be handled before spending time on hold, but someone else answered me, got upset I hung up, and then continuously interrupted me when I tried to explain what I needed in the form of literally ONE short question, and told her that I won’t be doing business with them because they’re frustrating me. Who doesn’t listen to a client and then interrupts them? Apparently everyone here.

They were around to take first call and money but yet to be able to get in touch with someone for 8 months now. Sounds like a common issues for this business as previous reviews describe the same situation.

This man and his staff are hands down the business. It's very comforting whenever your attorney really knows what he's talking about. He is so understanding... NEVER JUDGES SO BE HONEST WITH HIM FROM JUMP!! I JUST THINK WITH HIS BACKGROUND AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IT'S VERY REASSURING TO HAVE HIM GO TO BAT FOR YOU! Update: We are finally currently pending a court date and I will update my review accordingly following proceedings. If you answer your phone or return my calls I will update this review accordingly. We paid a retainer almost 2 years ago for a simple adoption where the other party signed off immediately. I can not get anyone at this office to answer the phone or call me back. I have zero idea what is going on or what they are waiting on. Just an update would be nice but seems that it is too much to ask for.
