Poor to non-existent communication while passively ignoring things like emails, voicemails and phone calls has left my family and I in a HORRIBLY uncomfortable place. *There are always two sides to this type of review. There is a possibility for my review and opinion to be changed.*

I hired Mr. Maggio a year ago for a divorce case. I was on and off for months wanting my marriage to work if anyway possible! Mrs. Jean was back and forth with me for so long with it and had so much patience and understanding and when the time came for me to finally just move forward, Mr. Maggio was absolutely amazing for me and kids and I can’t thank him and his staff enough for all their time, advice and patience. They’re Amazing!

Mr. Maggio and his staff were excellent. God willing, I will no longer need his services, but if I do I would not hesitate to rehire and have him represent me.

Mr Maggio and his office staff Ms Donna and Ms Jean were all amazing with our custody case!! They always answered the phone and always immediately responded to emails and got us exactly what was best for my husband's son... FULL CUSTODY With the mom getting every other weekend! TO THE DADS OUT THERE FIGHTING... DONT GIVE UP CALL MR MAGGIO AND LET HIM FIGHT FOR YOU AND YOUR KIDS!!! I promise he's worth every penny! Thank you for helping us end a 10 year battle and bringing our little man home where he's safe and happy!

Such a good Attorney I would hire him again if needed. he saved me over one hundred thousand dollars can't complain he did his Job very Competent Thank you Mr Maggio.

Worst experience EVER with an attorney! He tells you everything you want to hear, takes your money and disappears. His staff ignore you as well. He takes 3 week vacations for every holiday and can never be reached. After the consultation, I never heard from him until the day of my court date which I wasn’t sure he was even going to show up to. ACTUALLY, I went to have my court date pushed back because I thought he wasn’t showing up and the woman I spoke with told me he was already there for another case. Not sure if he even knew my court date was that day or if it was just a coincidence he happened to be there. He is a liar and could not care less about his clients. I am filing a complaint with the MS Bar Association because I pray no one else has to go through what I went through because of Stephen Maggio.
