We needed an attorney to help us with termination of parental rights and step-parent adoption. Shelby Sims Harper knew it was a dangerous situation from the beginning and it never stopped her from trying to help us. We started the process in September of 2022 and finalized in May of 2023. They were assighned to my case 4 months ago and ive only spoke to my one time the first time we went to court despite the many times ive called and emailed them trying to make an appointment to speak with her. Ive gota call them and tell them when my court dates are ,they say there gonna call me back the same day and never do . Im going to Mississippi bar on these people .

Contacted this law firm regarding an issue. I live out of state and was seeking legal guidance related to an issue that would have to be settled within the state of Mississippi. Since I am not local, I was looking to hire an attorney to handle the details/filings, etc. After a year of back and forth, it was agreed that a contract would be drafted and a retainer fee paid. Then... nothing. I sent follow up messages but nothing moved forward. Eventually my mycase was deactivated. I wasted time and money. I do not recommend this law firm.
