Great attorney to call if you need help

Was told that someone would be in touch with me to discuss my case...that was 3 weeks ago

I came to Tim with a child custody situation that has been very complex, and after 4 court appearances and 1 more to go, I cannot recommend him highly enough. Tim Farris is a very professional and level-headed attorney, who clearly has established a reputation within the court system as being someone who can be trusted because of his straight-forward approach. I have never felt that I had been overcharged, and his services have been worth every dime.

Retained this attorney for a non-contested divorce with an agreement of $1500 retainer. Although my soon-to-be ex and I reached an out of court settlement, this attorney wanted an additional $1000 just to reach an agreement with the other attorney. Does this make sense? It has been 3 months and still nothing done. I will not waste another dime on this attorney and he has been fired.
