My bank used this company during a 2nd mortgage to consolidate debt. A month after the papers were signed my debt was not properly paid by the office manager. After I found out I missed a scheduled payment which caused me to receive a penalty. If they are to make a payment ensure at closing that all accounts will be paid properly. The bank information and closing papers noted; however this office assumed but did not review or follow up. 2 months and still trying to receive a refund to pay off the proper credit card.
