These people are very unprofessional, we closed on a home and months afterwards we get a call and they threaten to call the DA on me and my wife for fraud because they missed how much we owed on our home. They demanded we pay the balance of what they missed … HORRIBLE..

Appalling customer service! Despite making three diligent attempts to reach them, leaving three detailed messages, and even managing to speak with their secretary once, all in regards to drafting an owner finance contract for my property in Wiggins, I received absolutely no response from them. This lack of communication has not only been frustrating but has also resulted in a complete waste of an entire week of my valuable time.

After working with various closing attorney’s in South MS, I can truly say that this is the only true ”Investor Friendly” firm that exists there. C.C. Monroe and her team have effortlessly demonstrated that they know how to take care of business and have a thorough understanding of professional real estate investor transactions.

CC is super professional, her communications are prompt, she is very thorough. Would absolutely use her services again

CC was very rude and unprofessional in my commercial real estate closing. She blew off mailing a very large check then lied about it. When I had a follow up question about the deed, she was snide and condescending rather than saying she couldn't answer the question as our professional relationship had been severed. She tried to charge fees that were not disclosed in closing. As per her, a courier feee was included in the recording deed fee but I didn't receive a copy of the recorded deed. She kept reiterating that the escrow funds were being held as a courtesy but never provided the amount in escrow.

CC was very helpful, professional and timely with legal assistance a couple years ago. So helpful that I have a different project now and absolutely using her again!
