Mr. Murphy is superb. He got my ''speeding in a school zone'' ticket dismissed. I went to court in October and the prosecutor offered me 2 days in jail, no fine to pay as an alternative. So, I plead not guilty and was given a trial date. I retained Mr. Murphy based on reviews on here and after speaking with him, I felt secure in him handling my case. I do not live in Mississippi, so I was not able to show up for trial date. He did his lawyer magic and got my ticket dismissed with only a $50 court fee! 10/10 do recommend!

Hands down the most family feeling and trusted firm in Desoto county!!as soon as I walked in the door Ben listened to my concerns and was Precise on what we needed to do!any time I email or called night or weekend Ben replied back. It was a long journey but Ben accomplished what we was preceding for.I can not say enough for his dedication and great work.

Ben Murphy did an exceptional job as my defense attorney!!! He put my mind at ease from the beginning of our first meeting. We found Mr Murphy online while searching for a Mississippi Attorney that handled Family Law. I read all the reviews and about his credentials and he even had some personal information about himself (family life, Church, hobbies,etc.) and after looking into several other Attorneys, even had been given some referrals from friends, I just kept coming back to his listing. We called his office and had an appointment within a week. When we arrived at his office it was a very relaxing environment. Once we met him, we knew within the first few minutes of speaking with him that we had chosen the right Attorney. He was so easy to talk to and made us feel so comfortable. Not only did we feel comfortable but also very confident in him to represent us. He was very welcoming, very knowledgeable and showed true concern/feeling regarding our matter. He advised us as to how he would be handling it, what the cost would be, which we felt was very reasonable, and he did just what he said he would do, when he said he was going to do it and within a couple of weeks has handled our situation without any delays or further information from us.
