I wish I could give them a -10 stars. This is by far the WORST set of legal representatives ever! My family and I used them for the purpose of deeding land. The communication was poor from start to finish. We came in to sign the papers and the door was unlocked, no one at the front desk, and people walking around in the back. They seen us but never stopped to acknowledge us. I had to call the office phone to get someone to come up front. I asked if they were on lunch, she stated no and act as if we were a bother. Her attitude was terrible. They informed us that the official papers would be mailed due to mail being lost etc. She stated she would call us when to pick up instead. Well, the papers were mailed and not certified mail either. I will NEVER use this law office EVER again. Very unprofessional and poor communication.

Well we got all that my parents asked for and they did all that was asked of them plus at the end he helped me with the final affairs of the wills and ownership over property till I had no fight on my hands and stated as my parents wanted if they wanted to fight he would take them to court if needed so we had good services from them every time we had to go change things all the way to the end sorry other ppl had bad times tho just saying

Schneller was way too passive and acted like he didnt really care or if he had better things do to. Also, i admire that he focuses on children affected, he doesnt work for what you want. finding another attorney. I can't speak on Jones .

They do the work they are hired for. However, they lack customer service skills and come off extremely abrasive. I only use them because they are cheap.
