He knows the laws but needs to work on customer service. I know personal injury cases take time to pursue but as a client I have the right to updates. My lawsuit was filed on time and we were able to settle out of court but I wished this lawyer had been more responsive and receptive towards my feelings and concerns and i wished I had been included more in the process since it was foreign to me.

Excellent lawyer!!!!!!!!!! Very responsive-- in fact, I was given his personal cell phone number, so that he could answer questions at my and his convenience. He's a rising star with exemplary character!!!!!

About 18 months ago, Attorney Harris represented me in a personal injury case. He never updated me on my case's status or when the two experts gave them a favorable opinion that my case would be worth taking. Every time, I ended up calling for updates. I would call several times for months at a time and I never got a response from Attorney Harris. I am not trying to make him look bad, but it made me feel bad to know that he did not seem interested in my case at all. I did receive a settlement but the whole process was so stressful and I had many sleepless nights filled with tears. Lawyers need to update their clients in a timely manner and show some degree of compassion because it doesn't feel good to know the doctors harmed you and then receive bad treatment from those hired to seek justice on a victim's behalf. How you treat your client is more important than the case itself.

A couple of years ago, Attorney Harris represented me in a personal injury case. Although he won my case, the entire process was very stressful because Attorney Harris did not keep me informed. He never would call me back. I always had to call the office to find out what was going on. It's hard enough knowing that your life is completely altered behind a medical mistake but even harder when your lawyer shows no compassion. It's not just about winning, it's about being there for your client through a difficult process.

Mr. Harris represented me in 2010. The type of case involved defective products. I was referred to him by a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. The member who referred me knew Mr. Harris personally. Mr. Harris is very smart and very knowledgeable of the laws pertaining to filing lawsuits, but he needs to improve on customer service skills. He got me a satisfactory settlement. However, he was very difficult to reach at times. It's required of a lawyer to keep his client informed. No client should be left feeling like their case doesn't matter. I was satisfied with my settlement, but I felt like he did not value my feelings by not keeping me updated. I'm not attacking this lawyer or trying to make him look bad, but he needs to understand that how you treat your client makes a big difference. Sure, we all want to win our case and walk away with a settlement, but you want to feel your life matters too.

Attorney Harris is currently handling a matter for my family. He's very knowledgeable. He is very patient with me and my family. We met with him for hours on yesterday, and we left his office with a better understanding of the process and comfort knowing my son's future is in his hands.
I recommend him without any reservations whatsoever.

Three years ago, Attorney Harris represented me in a personal injury case against a healthcare entity. When I went to Attorney Harris for representation, I did not have all of my medical records. So, the law firm got them for me. Attorney Harris informed me that it would take 8 weeks to hear back from his expert. It ended up taking 4 months. During that time, I was never informed of how far in the evaluation process, the expert had gotten. I had to call the office to check on the case for myself because Attorney Harris never returned my calls. Once the expert determined I had a good case, I signed a contract. Mr. Harris filed the lawsuit and won, but he did not keep me informed like he should. I do understand that no lawyer is perfect because nobody is perfect, but lawyers do need to keep clients informed throughout the process. Establishing rapport and being kind to your client is importance. A little kindness and compassion and good customer service goes a long way.

Attorney Harris represented my family as a result of being associated and recommended by Lorenzo Williams and Willie Gary. Despite our family's lost, he made us feel comfort through this terrible, unfamiliar process. Although we were unable to get our loved one back, he made us whole. May God bless him, his family and firm.
