Very professional, I highly recommend this law firm.

I am reviewing with high ratings because I appreciate the fact that I received a response to my consultation request within about an hour. The reason that it’s not a perfect five rating isn’t because they weren’t interested in taking my case on, but how the attorney that called me chose to word that declination. (Damage to nerves within the airway isn’t an everyday risk of surgery by the way. It is a result of what’s considered negligent intubation.) I was rather disgruntled after that phone call until I received a duplicate phone call from a woman at the firm; she was kind, detailed, encouraging and friendly. She certainly deserves recognition and a raise as the gentleman that I spoke with would’ve received choice words under normal circumstances (when I can speak clearly without losing my voice or coughing due to the damage). Bravo for the speedy reply and bravo to the wonderfully kind lady that made the duplicate call to me.
