The case involved voluminous financial documents and several moving parts, with a seasoned trial lawyer on the other side. Mark and his associate, Janeah Kerr, did not miss a beat. They reviewed every bit of evidence in a short period of time and put together a very succinct and impressive trial strategy which Mark executed to perfection. I worked with Mark years ago but had forgotten what a skillful trial attorney he truly is. Our client won the modification action and her countersuit for contempt, plus attorney fees.
