Patricia helped my dad for the last 20 years to get his green card, in all these years she always answer the phone calls to my dad and answered all his questions friendly, she never charged my dad for all his calls and she always answer the phone or returned the calls in minutes or she made sure somebody called my dad to answered his questions. She treat us more as friend than a client, she even answered some calls when she was in family reunions. She does her job with passion and integrity. I met Patricia while I was at work and had previously heard about her from a friend that she helped get her residency. While she was just there to get what she needed I asked her if she had time to speak to me about my husbands case, and give me a little advice. She took the time to listen and put me on the right track in order to start the process. From the first day that I met her to the day that we hired her to now that my husband has renewed his residency for his 10 year visa, she has been great to work with. I believe Patricia was godsend! She has the experience she knows all there is to know about helping with your immigration questions/concerns. She goes above and beyond with all that she does. She asked for letters, photos, and any/everything that we would need to make sure that when we got to the immigration office for our interview that everything would be perfect. She even takes the time to sit with you and mock interview you as if you were at the interview for immigration. Patricia Ice has been my steadfast and diligent immigration attorney since 2003. Then, a broke international undergraduate, Ms. Ice provided indispensable guidance and counsel. In addition to her invaluable legal advice, she worked closely with me as I prepared my USCIS application for work authorization. Her pro bono assistance afforded me my first employment opportunity in the US. Attorney Ice insisted on meeting with me and my fiance before our marriage. She advised us on the legal, personal, and financial challenges ahead and thoroughly prepared us for the permanent resident application process. Mrs. Ice accompanied us to our green card interview and her presence was an immense comfort. She was instrumental in navigating thorny questions about our tax returns and finances. Fast forward to 2018: I finally received my permanent residency, an impossible feat without her tremendous expertise. My case was particularly fraught because of a misdemeanor on my record. My residency application was initially denied and we had to submit an I-601 application for waiver of inadmissibility. The ordeal surrounding the resolution of my misdemeanor and waiver application is almost indescribable. From her advises and questions I knew she is a seasoned and experienced immigration attorney. First she went through our documents page by page and asking us the same question the immigration officers would ask . She asked me and my wife question that turned out to be exactly what the officer at USCIS asked and my wife confessed after our interview that the attorney mentioned all the questions a day before our interview. Even though she didnt go with us to the interview but her PREP was so powerful that the immigration officer knew that apart from being genuinely married couple we were well equiped by our attoreny. At first I was afraid after the interview but Patricia Ice assured me that my GC will be approved and true to her words and experiences , exactly 7days after our interview the approval letter came followed by the GC.
