Been trying to contact Bobby/Benchmark on behalf of a mutual client of ours because I see his name and info on her Closing Disclosure, to help her with an FHA streamline for almost two weeks, and his completely inept secretary either tells me they don’t have the document (which is a violation of RESPA), hasn’t even bothered to look, or my calls to his direct line are immediately sent to voicemail after a ring or two, not like it’s off. The client had her lawyer call them, and he hung up on her lawyer too. Work with Benchmark at your own risk, this company is shady.

Bridget is our lawyer and family friend. She is awesome! She is very good at her job and was able to secure the outcome we wanted. She checked on us and was usually available anytime. Very good law firm!
