Don't waste your time or money. They essentially got 5k for free while never getting me a Cort date to attend not the 1st time over a year. Let's just say they had a free lawyer school them on getting continuance bc they weren't doing their job.

Terrible communication. Very unprofessional.

Communication between the firm and the client is extremely poor. Any details or information given to my family was requested several times before received throughout the entire 16-month ordeal. We were not pleased with the lack of information. My particular case began nearly three months after the initial meeting. There was no reasonable explanation given for the delay, but rather a heated exchange from the firm owner which ended with a rate cut. Each phase of the case was handled individually rather than the multiple phases being initiated simultaneously which delayed progress. This was a disappointing experience given the amount paid to the firm for services that was touted as a very good chance at victory which ended in a settlement between both parties. No win as lead to believe. I would not use this firm again for any reason. If you are a person that desires communication, this is NOT the firm for you.

If anyone in the Pike County or surrounding area this the law firm to go to. Great Service and will get the job done. Thanks to the lovely Mrs. Holley and Mr. Nelson for there services. Best legal help ever.

Absolutely disgusting service. I spoke with Gary Honea and explained I am willing to pay consultation fee and that I will be having multiple consultations to make sure I get the proper representation and he told me he doesn't "take cases where people have to call multiple law firms" and that he is "passing on my case". Did not even know the base details. Just potentially lost out on 50% of a 1 million dollar lawsuit.
