Since Jay took the time to respond to my accurate review of his work, I guess I should take the time to respond as well. I don't know who you're trying to pander to hear with your ridiculous response. I went over all the details of what was going on, including my own investigation into their lack of insurance. Each time we spoke you had no idea who I was. You repeatedly asked me for a questionnaire that I had sent more than once to you. You routinely asked me questions that the answer could be found on said questionnaire. You took OVER A YEAR to finally say "Well Mr.Dennis we're gonna have to sue." Then a few weeks later I get an email from you saying you're no longer gonna represent me without explanation. Finally get in touch with you, which is generally tedious because you hire an agency to answer calls for you and can only schedule appointments over the internet, and you say you won't do it because they don't have insurance. Having said that, when you do get someone's personal information you spam their phone and email address with non-sense automated emails and automated calls. You keep sitting there patting yourself on the back for helping out on a case you weren't gonna get paid for because you knew there was no insurance but then you drop the case because they have no insurance? You make no sense, you hurt my head. I'm glad you've been able to help people but you definitely dropped the ball and wasted over a year of time on a case that is time sensitive. Your reply is par for the course for my experience with you. Tacky and unfortunately hysterical.---------------------Yes Jay, I'm sure you kept accurate notes, I suppose you were just rechecking your scribbles to double check for inaccuracies each time we talked am I right? Somehow in you're notes you've repeatedly missed that I told you from the beginning I had already investigated on my own and contacted the Workman's Comp for Mississippi and found out who their carrier should have been at the time and contacted that carrier to find out there was no coverage. That's when I decided I needed help. I don't know why you keep patting yourself on the back like you took a case like some saint and didn't have all the facts from the beginning. Considering it took me less than a day to find out this information I fail to see how it took you OVER A YEAR to first tell me we were going to sue someone and then a few weeks later to send an email saying you were dropping the case. I guess I am sorry my reply is typical for someone who you wasted over a year of their time on case that is time sensitive? It is sadly amusing to see you respond with such pettiness honestly. If your notes were of any value you would know that I am no longer in the state. I won't just be calling one of the first few names that pop up under Google anymore to find a lawyer cause the last one I got was a giant tool (Hint: It's you). At the end of the day I'm not really angry that the place I worked at went out of business. I was moving out of the state to begin with. I'm upset you wasted over a year of my time to tell me something I told you from the very beginning.

Very unprofessional attorney. Very rude staff. If you want a lawyer that will answer the phone or call you back, Jay Foster isn't the lawyer for you. He doesn't return phone calls or emails, and the only way to get in touch with him is through the internet. Jay foster will tell you one thing and then get amnesia to the case , so if you deal with him I advise you to take notes and recordings of everything he does for your sake . He will stall out your case just to get him a little money in the end. Jay Foster was my lawyer and possibly the worst lawyer in Ms. If your looking for a good dependable lawyer that will call you back, actually work on your case in a timely manner, or even just acknowledge you Do Not Go with Jay Foster I Repeat Do Not Go With Jay Foster. Worst Lawyer On The Coast!!!
