The worst lawyer in the state of mississippi. when i could not get in contact with him for 2 weeks. I went on ahead and parted ways. He does not return any phone calls and to see him in person you have to set a online appointment then on there he is booked up for months smh. I would not want any one to wast your time with this clown.

Jay took the time to meet with me personally and was available a few hours after calling him. The great part about our meeting was he advised me not to hire him. After laying out my situation, he advised the best course of action was what I was already doing and that if he took the case it may just complicate matters for me in the future. Thanks for the solid advise and honesty. It is refreshing to see a man look out for your best interest even if it costs him a client.

Mr. Foster was my Auto Wreck Attorney and did an outstanding job representing my my claim and I did get the resolve I was looking for. Mr. Foster kept me advised on what I needed to do with many messages and phone calls. He kept the pressure on the insurance companies and he worked with doctors and hospitals to get bills paid on time. I am very satisfied with the work Mr Foster did and would not hesitate to hire him again if needed.

Jay Foster was an amazing attorney. He was very professional and at the same time explained everything to me so I could understand. He was able to answer all my questions.
