I hired Mr. Pierce on a criminal case for me, he always communicated with me during the whole process. He never promised me anything or lead me to believe one thing and another thing happen. He was very successful for me. What he said would happen, happen. Highly recommend.

I am so glad that I chose Mr. Pierce to represent me in court. He was the only attorney to return my call over a holiday weekend and assured me that everything would be okay. Jeffery Pierce represented myself for a DUI charge. He was diligent in retrieving the evidence to show the court there was not enough to charge me with. Mr. Pierce represented me in a criminal case stemming from an incident over the summer, he was very professional and was in constant contact with me throughout this process. Mr. Pierce talked with me about the case and taking into account my disaired out come he never made any false claims about what he could do he just stated the course of action he would take to achieve that goal. In August 2015 me and my husband were looking for a lawyer that would help his situation. I knew that proper protocols were not being taken when it came to my husband's arrest. I was stuck in a really unfortunate situation where I got a DUI inside of a house. Most attorneys said they could get it dropped to a public intox. charge but Jeffrey was able to speak to the cop and the prosecutor and got my case dismissed on a technicality. I literally just had to show up to court and he handled everything for me. He came prepared with paperwork with questions to ask and knew exactly how to tackle the situation. Would highly recommend him.

Don’t take a pin knife into a gun fight! Regardless of your circumstances of what brought you to bankruptcy, you need someone who understands the rules, guidelines with a long history of successful court cases! Not all attorneys are the same; I fired two before working with Jeff. As a certified bankruptcy specialist, his skill sets are outstanding. My suggestion is simply hire him, stay the course even when you have doubts because everyone does and you will be just as thankful, as I was. My case was not easy and required an expert. I never write reviews but I made an exception for an exceptional attorney!
