This man is a scumbag. He allowed a state appointed GAL to provoke and DANCE on me in open court with surveillance cameras. He’s bottom of the barrel and is being reported to the Mississippi State Bar. Stay away from this man if you care about a child’s best interest. Took 1 year and 8 months for his former firm partner to notify me that he’s no longer representing me. He will take your money and stab you in the back.

I had fell into some debt during and after Covid. Even had a pending lawsuit. But Max and Trudy took great care of me. The process was painless, they walked me through the whole process step by step. This is my 1st bankruptcy I was really not sure about how and what benefits it would have for me but I’m glad I stopped by and talked to Max he was very informative up front and a man of his word.
