Nicole worked diligently over the course of nearly nine months to get a property closed for me. Title work was performed with an abundance of issues discovered, but she handled the issues that included 13 heirs from multiple states and multiple encroachments efficiently and effectively. Nicole was responsive, professional, pleasant, hard-working, and did not take “no” for an answer.
