Child visitation case - Paid in DECEMBER and it is now JULY and no progress has been made. Unable to reach anyone on the phone. Friend went by office, and confirmed they were there and they discussed case with friend. Every time contact is made, there is always an excuse. Today we got 'go to hell' and said we were being 'assholes' simply because we wanted answers to questions about the delays. over 30 voicemails, no return phone calls and 'its not my job, i do the bankruptcy paperwork' or 'the other lady answers the phones'. Call with one number - no answer. Call right back on another number - answers right away. Shady Rude office workers, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME. Find a legit lawyer.
