Pros
1
Provides quality legal services and is willing to help clients in their time of need
“Great lawyers that are willing to help you in your time of need”
2
Friendly and dependable
“Good people ..friendly.. dependable”
Cons
1
Highly unprofessional and unethical behavior, such as denying previous statements and displaying poor manners during client interactions
“Extremely unprofessional and unethical. If you deal with this firm best record everything they tell you. I took notes on our conversation 3 months ago and now this "lawyer" claims she never said things she did, all while obviously eating and chewing during our conversation.”
2
Overcharging clients and adding excessive fees, even for simple tasks
“He charged my dad, who I am the POA, over $5,000 to establish a conservatorship over my mom, who has Alzheimer's. Absolutely NOTHING changed after his legal representation, other than money decreasing from my dad's bank account; which is money to pay for their care.”
3
Engaging in unethical or potentially illegal practices, such as representing both the client and the person who burglarized the client's home
“I observed this conversation; NOT knowing that the entire time this happened; Mr. Garrett was providing legal criminal defense representation for a well known "addict", who had burglarized my parent's house! I spoke to Mr. Garrett on 2 occasions, and asked, how was he looking out for my father's best interest, but providing criminal defense for someone who burglarized his home; this is a conflict of interest...”
4
Unwilling to advocate for the client's best interests and instead siding with the opposing party
“After my ex's mom hired a lawyer that Rebecca Garner is friends with, she basically completely stopped taking my side in a custody battle that she was supposed to be representing ME in!”
5
Engaging in aggressive and unethical debt collection practices, such as harassing elderly clients and adding excessive fees to medical bills
“Shameless scumbags is a very accurate description. No more need be said.”
