I hired Jay to defend my son against a DUI charge. Jay and his paralegal, Sheila walked us through the process every step of the way and a few weeks later he got the entire case dismissed and expunged from his record. There’s simply no way we could have gotten the same result on our own. If you need a great lawyer in Oxford for any of these types of related charges there is no one better and no one that I would recommend more than Jay Carmean!

I hired Jay to defend my son for minor in possession and false ID charges. He’s extremely knowledgeable and well respected in Oxford. Jay answered our call while on vacation and between him and his assistant we had all the information we needed to proceed within 24 hours after the incident and initial call.
