Derek maybe better at D.U.I. Attorney but found out he wasn't what I needed for a family lawyers was totally disappointed with him.

I would highly recommend Derek or Megan if you are in a time of your life where you need legal help. They were so helpful and thoughtful every step of the way. Any questions, concerns, or anything they were always there to answer, guide or just listen! They both went above and beyond to help my family and I’m so thankful for them both. Very compassionate but also gets the case won!

This is truly a top notch firm! I called them after my first accident and they started to work quick to make sure everything was handled accordingly.I told them everything that happened and they handled contacting the insurance company and hospital as well. This was my first time being involved in a vehicle crash so this was all new to me. Megan Timbs was so great to work with and she always responds back so fast. She was very knowledgable and kind! She is from the area and really knows how things work around here. In addition, she did not do anything I was not comfortable with and always presented me with my options and let me choose what direction would be best for me in the long run. This firm is really a perfect example of how law firms should conduct business. I would recommend them to any of my family members!

The people that work here actually care. They keep you up to date on everything that is going on with your case. I've received a few calls just asking how we were doing. And when my son was having a bad day or had had several bad days and I was at my wits end, they listened. They feel more like family than someone just fighting for my son. Very professional. Very caring. An excellent place to go if you need someone to fight for you.
