Derek and his entire team are the absolute best at what they do! They go above and beyond helping you navigate through a difficult time, anything from Family matters to personal injury matters, Derek and his team are ready, willing and able to tackle anything you need from them!

My advise is don't use this firm. I was made all type of promises to get me to sign a contract, but after that it was a different story. I signed the contract based on false information giving to me from employees of this firm. I had almost the same case two years earlier with Jad Khalaf and Jad got me three times the money that this firm got me. I was promised they would stack my three car insurance policies and after constant disagreements with Judah. I tried to used the messaging system so I would have proof of what Judah had been telling me but she would only respond via phone and would flat out refuse to give me information I requested regarding my case. I settled for way less than I should have received just to get these people out of my life. I did not even get enough to pay my medical bills. I based hiring them on false information I was given to sign the contract. One day when I was in the office I over heard a female client trying to fire them, but the person she was talking to told her if they were fired they would have to call DHS about her children. Never use this Law Firm. From my experience Jad Khalaf is who you need to call if you want the money you deserve. I already know they will reply to this with a "canned" answer they use to answer every complaint. Trust me you can get more money using a different law firm!

The attorney and paralegal showed a lot of sympathy and empathy towards me and my situation. Took the time to call me often and checked on me regularly and even just be a listening ear. Both called individually and spoke with me with such kindness. More than what was acquired of them. The attorney and paralegal both were pushing to ensure I received the best possible outcome. I loved being a client with them.

This was a very tedious process, but the staff at Derek Hall PC made it their priority to keep in constant communication. They worked very hard to get the compensation I deserved.

Thank you Judah for helping me through this process. She was so sweet and patient although it was a long wait.
