Michael Duncan doesn't not care about the client at all. He didn't even show up for court for my daughter after telling us the court date. Don't use him. He told me he don't handle cased in Hinds County and that set off red flags.🚩🚩🚩 I should have listen to my 1st mind, but he got paid for the case already. He did not return calls until he was ordered in court by the judge. 🛑 ⛔️WARNING⛔️

Worst lawyer ever I get them for a detention case I pay $1500 since then never get a call when ever I call them famous secretary answer, but I have my prove were I pay ,they don't wort a m.....f but leave them to God him will take care of those thief.

It’s going almost 6 months now, I’ve been calling to get a refund, every day is something different. When I call his office, Sharon says it has to be processed by either one of the lawyers Christopher or Tyler. When I spoke with Christopher, he says it takes about 30 days for accounting to process the refunds that was 4 months ago. When I ask to speak with any one of them, they are never available. Tyler asked me to send him an email it’s going to be 3 months now, he never replies. The last two days I’ve been calling their office, they don’t even answer my phone calls anymore. Not You or anyone ever mentioned to me that any deposit I make would be non-refundable, nor did I sign anything of such. When I contacted you on Friday the 8th of October 2021 and made a deposit on the 9th, you said you’d meet with Mr. Alexis first thing the following Monday, you never did until the 14th of October. You did not start working and monitoring on the 9th which is a Saturday. Your office requested document on the 11th. On October 12th, your office called asking about more money, was not to mention there is a court date because there wasn’t any court date. Mr Alexis had already had been presented in front of a judge before I even contacted your firm to see if your firm could have file an appeal. In fact, it was after he was coming from seeing a judge that someone handed him your firm information, (either you or Christopher) that’s how I come in contact with your firm. On the 14th, when y’all met with him, for about 5 mins, there wasn’t any Creole speaking translator there, I had to be called, so I could translate for him if he had any questions. On October 18, when I called your office asking if you had file any paperwork for Mr. Alexis, they said No, nothing had been done yet, and that’s when I asked to stop the proceedings and request my refund. It’s really interesting that I couldn’t get an email response back from them until I left this review.

The lawyer Christopher Tyler Kent asked me to send him the money to start the case and just when i send the money he told me that my family member had already been deported and he never sent me my money back for 6 months and I call every week and says that already that week sends it and never sends it El abogado Christopher Tyler Kent me pidió que le enviará el dinero para comenzar el caso y justo cuando le envié el dinero me avisó que ya avían deportado a mi familiar y me dijo que me iba a enviar el dinero de regreso llamo todas las semanas y me dice su secretaria que el dijo que ya me lo va a enviar esa semana y nunca me lo manda ya van 6 meses y el no me envia el cheque y pido hablar con el y resulta que nunca está o siempre está ocupado y no responde a mis llamadas solo me deja el mensaje con si secretaria

Duncan is one of the best layers I have ever used. 100% trust worthy time conscious and knowledgeable in the field. Please I will always recommend him to everyone at anytime.
