If there was a zero, I will give this agency! I am so mad and disappointed at the lack of professionalism I get from members of the agency (Sharon and Tyler included). I just called this morning to follow up on my younger brother's case as the agency has been handling his immigration case and what do I get? Condensing mannerism and no patience for all the money you received because according to them, the contract has ended. The supposedly called Michael who represented my brother (a nurse by profession) has gone MIA till now and my family and I have been waiting for a callback for just an update from the lawyers to no avail. I stand to be correct, it was a phone conversation and may be my accent is NOT southern enough to be heard. But being an ICU travel nurse now at this Covid-19 time and out here in the NY/NJ area fighting for other peoples life and watching people die in your hands daily without their family members is hurtful enough. Not to talk of having an incompetent, uncaring and unprofessional lawyer in the name of Michael and the group who will be so insensitive to what their supposedly clients are facing. All the documents were submitted on time, the money paid but the lawyer (s) submitted the documents late to court. How and why? I cannot tell. Trying to get a callback from your supposedly immigration lawyer is out of this world...I guess they are so busy fighting cases in court at this lockdown period... I understand there might be paperwork but I know you can create time to call just as we create time to talk to patients families at this time in the hospital even though we are completely overwhelmed and overworked and burn out, yet we still find time to listen and be compassionate. Where is your sense of professionalism? Did I accent throw you off and you thought my brother's case will be another write off immigration cases you take? PLEASE DO NOT TAKE IMMIGRANT CASES IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP THESE PEOPLE OUT BECAUSE SOME OF THEM HAVE BEEN THROUGH THE WORST CRISIS YOU COULD EVER IMAGINE. THEY MAY STAND STRONG OUTSIDE BUT THEY ARE BROKEN HUMAN BEINGS INSIDE FROM A WAR THORN ZONE RUNNING FOR THEIR LIVES AND MANY WITH DISPLACED FAMILIES NOT KNWING WHERE THEY ARE. PLEASE, I BEG OF YOU, DO NOT PLAY WITH PEOPLE'S LIVES OR TAKE THEM FOR GRANTED. MY BROTHER HAPPENS TO BE AN EXAMPLE AND I REALLY HOPE OTHER IMMIGRANTS WILL READ THIS AND LEARN FROM THIS! I AM SO TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED AT THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIS AGENGY AND I HOPE IMMIGRATION WILL BE SCRATCH OFF FROM YOUR LIST OF SERVICES. YOU MAY HAVE THE PAPERWORK AND CERTIFICATIONS FOR THAT, BUT IT TAKES MORE THAN JUST PAPERWORK... IT TAKES A CARING MIND, COMPASSIONATE SOUL AND SOMEONE WHO REALLY WANTS TO HELP OTHERS IN NEED (NOT LIKE THEY ARE FREE SERVICES... THIS AGENCY WAS PAID). IT HAS BEEN A PONZI SCHEME WITH THEM ALL, SHARON AND TYLER AND AS FOR LAWYER MICHAEL WHO WAS THE LAWYER IN COURT WITH MY BROTHER, HE IS STILL MISSING IN ACTION... NO UPDATES FROM HIM YET. WHAT A SERVICE! THESE GUYS ARE OUT TO EAT AND SPEND YOUR MONEY! STOP PLAYING WITH OTHER PEOPLE'S LIVES. MAY BE THE AGENCY IS GREAT AT OTHER SERVICES THEY PROVIDE, BUT IMMIGRATION? Mr. Tyler Kent handled my case from start to finish. I was in the detention facility in Louisiana and he would meet with me every week for months to discuss my asylum case and to help prepare me. He did excellent work and he won my case and now I am here in the United States a free man. I highly recommend Mr. Kent because he counsels his clients well and works hard to do a great job.

One of the worse law firms to even think about. Hired him to go and see a friend of mine at the detention for $750. I wanted him to go see him then talk to him for an appeal case. He took the money, went there and didn't even talk to the client. Collected the appeal fill and nothing was done and when I asked him, he blocked my number from his phone. That guy call Christopher Tyler Kent is a scam.

Mr Duncan is professional . If you want someone that is honest he is the right person ,Speaking from experience.He has been working my son arrest for 10 month . The case just settle with a fine and a warning .This would not have been possible with him. Please be honest with him and you will get your money worth .He has shown me care .My son disappointed me .This attorney gave my hard headed son another chance to get life right .I thank you for all you did .Because he would not be free today if it was not for you. Thank you for giving my son another chance to do the right thing .If it was possible I would give more stars than a 5. Not recommended! Extremely disappointed! At least argue the case and put in some effort. Our family had high hopes and prayed for a fair fight. Thanks for nothing. rating- No stars.

I am absolutely thrilled that I found Michael Duncan! From the very beginning, Michael made this process as easy as he could for me and my family. First off, I am not familiar with being on "the other side of the law" at all! Michael walked me through every step of the process and gave me the different scenarios we could potentially face...the good, the bad, and the ugly. Also, Michael understood the financial burden that this kind of situation causes and he worked with us on the payments. I cannot express how incredibly grateful I am for that! And the best part of it all...Michael got us the best outcome we could have asked for. (With some small sacrifices but it is nothing in comparison to what we won!) I HIGHLY recommend Michael Duncan to represent anyone who might find themselves in a predicament with law enforcement. Michael is not only knowledgeable but committed to truly representing his clients.
