He really handled business quickly

Paul is a very caring attorney. He is very concerned for you as a person. He has cone over and above to help me and my mother in a trying time. I just cant say enough good about him. If you are considering a Lawyer consider Paul Rogers he is just a good guy to have on your side

No one wants to have to go back to court over a divorce from 18 years ago in regards to child support arrearage claims without representation. After our discussion, I hired Mr.Ginn. He worked with me to gather the necessary documents, calmed me, and walked beside me in and out of the courtrooms on 3 occasions to work this out. His expertise showed the court that I was never in arrearage and had actually over paid my ex-wife over the cumulative years per her claim. This was a huge relief to me and it saved me over $30,000 due to his tactfulness, professionalism, and respect while in the courtroom. I have waited 3 years to post a review of O'Cain. While being questioned under oath, O'Cain admitted various scandalous allegations made about me in the emergency child custody PETITION (sworn under oath as true by ex and attorney for ex) were LIES, he went ahead anyway and recommended against me, "temporarily", to the judge. I also testified at my hearing, while becoming more distraught when O'Cain (the GAL), went so far as to "cross" me, at the request of attorney for ex. At the end of the emergency hearing, the judge stated that he saw NO REASON FOR A CUSTODY CHANGE. However, since O'Cain had recommended one, he decided to allow that "temporarily". Due in large part to Trey O’Cain’s mishandling of the petition of self verified lies, along with his horrifying recommendation, resulted in my relationship with my firstborn, my smartest, my fastest baby, my artistic daughter with the potential I only wish I had, damaged irreparably.

Good, honest lawyers. I have dealt with them for last 25 years and I keep on coming back.
