I got a ticket going 15 miles over the speed limit. Attorney Gill Baker had my ticket dismissed. I will most definitely recommend and use Mr. Baker again.

Back on 3/24/24, I received a speeding ticket in New Albany, MS. The following week I contacted Gill Baker of the Baker Law Firm. I gave him my reason for speeding. My wife got very ill due to her brothers passing 1 hour before we got the ticket. The officer of New Albany police never once asked if there was anything he could do for my wife. All he was concerned about was that I was speeding and for good reason. It was Sunday morning approx. 2AM when not another soul was on the road. I got so angry I looked for a good lawyer . I have a CDL and having that getting a ticket on your record could cause you to lose your job and higher insurance rates, etc. I called CDL consultants who hooked me up with Gill Baker of Baker Law Firm. My fine to pay was due April23rd. 1st thing Gill did was get a trial date for June 25th. Today June 25th, I got a call from Gill Baker that I had to pay a fine but got the ticket dismissed. Losing my job was not an option for me. Regular driver license folks don't have to worry about this. Truck drivers do!!!!! We get CSA scores that go against you and can stay on your record for 5 years just like your car insurance rates that get jacked up if you have a moving violation.
