Unresponsive and rude staff
“Ms.Washington was not helpful at all. This has been my worst experience ever! I highly do not recommend her office. When you ask questions about your personal case, she does not respond unless you email her and create a paper trail. Her service and working staff were really rude.”

Unwillingness to take on certain cases
“Paid 100 dollars for a consult that never happen and my friend who's an attorney was on the phone and all they did is listen then call back and said we can't take your case . I want a refund for services not provided.”
