Joseph M. "Rick" Sparkman, Jr is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever seen. He treats his employees with upmost disrespect and bullies them in the work environment daily. I would strongly suggest that no one should work in this type of TOXIC environment and I honestly have no idea how he even keeps the employees he does have. Rick Sparkman has help me close on my house and complete my will. Being only 30 years old I was nervous about the closing on my house and then writing out a will. Mr. Sparkman made it so easy on both occasions. As soon as I got there he was ready to go. He walked me through each part that I was signing and answered all my questions.
