Cory and his team formed our three new entities, revamped the tax structure on an existing entity, and packaged everything in organized binders in less than three days. Cory also made it a point to communicate with our lender and provide all the documentation required to close the property on time. Don't consider teaming with any law firm other than Cory Lancaster if you need legal assistance with your business formation and tax structure.
