If I could give a zero I would. Took my money did nothing . I'm having to file small claims suit and report to Ms bar . No good low down Stay away

Not worth noting, does noting for you at all except call asking for $ that's not deserve and very racist and just try too talk down to people huge waste of air and $ !!!!!!

I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone! We paid him $3500 to help get my fiance out of prison. He was very upfront that there was a possibility he wouldn't get out and we were fully prepared for that. We were told if my fiances judge was Funderburk, then there was almost a zero percent chance of him getting out. If his judge was Mims then he had a higher chance of getting out. We found out his sentencing judge was judge mims so we proceeded with the petition for his release. Firstly, we paid Stennett in July, in which he didn't do anything until the end of October. Secondly, I would check in periodically every 2 weeks or so to see how things were going and Mr. Stennett was very rude and told me I do not need to call him, he will call me and hung the phone up before I could get a word in. In my opinion, that is very unprofessional. We were told by him this process would only take a few weeks. So why it took him over 3 months is beyond me. Nonetheless, he got the petition filed. Only to find out, it was filed to the wrong judge! The petition was filed and given to Judge Funderburk, the judge he made clear to me would deny the petition in the first place. I contacted him about this and he said it was the courts doings and that judge funderburk was the senior judge and had the say so. Had this lawyer done his research initially, we wouldn't have been in this predicament. He then proceeds to say he is still going to try and file with the parole board. But I've not heard from him since October. I've messaged him and called. Nothing. $3500 may not be a lot to him, but it is to people like me that have to work nail and tooth for money like that. He has no care for his clients. He is not for the people. I've tried and tried to be patient and understanding, but time and time again, he has failed as the lawyer I hired him to be. Do not waste your money with this lawyer. I wish I would've read all these bad reviews about him initially before giving him my money. I will also be reporting him to the BAR for the negligence he's had with this case. I strongly advice anyone else that has had a problem with him to do the same. You have 3 years do to do so from when you hired him.

Don’t waste your money with him. My son never set down with him and only talk to him on the phone after the fact. His office assistant is the only contact you will get if that. They never answer the phone. To reply: So doing your part is not answering your office phone or returning calls? Again don’t look here for good service.
