I don’t have enough space for me to leave the review I’d like to leave telling you about the character and work ethic of the people in this office. I will keep it short, Scott and Rusty are hands down two of the best people I know and we couldn’t be happier with having them on our side. My wife and kids were involved in an auto accident and my wife was instantly in pain in her back. Two surgeries later and a one of the best attorneys I know, everything is done and over with and we couldn’t be any happier with how our case turned out. All I can say is that is has been life changing and he was in our corner every step of the way. The first conversation we had, he was up front and honest that it could take a little bit and it did. Not only was he our attorney, but we also became friends during this process. I highly recommend this office to anyone that is need of someone who cares about the clients they work with and represent. You will not be disappointed!

If you are interested in a lawyer that does what he says he will do, you can't go wrong with this guy. Scott Kehlenbrink had less than 3 weeks to get ready for our trial. At the end of our trial we were awarded the maximum amount the court would allow. When the judge went off the record he even complimented him on the short notice and his ability to try the case professionally. In our case the judgement indicated the verdict would have been more but the judge was only allowed to award the maximum allowable by the terms of the circuit court policies. A previous attorney on this same case told us that the amount of the court was not the maximum a judge could award. I told Scott what the other attorney said he thought it wasn't accurate obviously he was correct. Scott was the 4th lawyer we used to get us through the case. I had a lot of trepidation regarding billing and policies when dealing with lawyers and their offices. There is nothing more annoying than to call your attorney to ask a question that takes 30 seconds to answer then to be billed for admin time and lawyer time. Scott showed us decency and integrity and stuck by his claims. We paid Scott and we were in court less than 3 weeks after originally meeting with him and he was trial ready. We received our judgment the day after trial. Happy to recommend him and we will be using him when the need presents itself.
