My family and I have used Jennifer Reagan for several issues over the years and each time she was always been very knowledgeable and provided us with her expertise, and if for some reason our issue was something she didn’t handle she never hesitated to give a great referral. We recently started using Benjamin Law where she is now a member and our experience has been flawless.

Jennifer Reagan, has been a beacon of hope to my family and I at times when our options appeared limited, our ignorance with the legal process had us feeling hopeless, alone, and fearful of the unknown. "Honesty is the best policy", is a phrase many people have heard at some point in their lives, and working with Jennifer open and honest communication is a strong characteristic she embodies and delivered to my family , she was intentional, honest, knowledgeable, and left no grim area or questions to ponder late at night. She has handled my family with grace, poise, with an open door to answer any questions or concerns at anytime. Absolutely amazing law firm. They’ve helped me with so much during my situation.

If you go in with low expectations, you will be satisfied. Was just informed by the managing attorney that they lost money on my case which makes sense considering I started out with one attorney, and he left the firm in the middle of my case. I was not notified of this until I reached out to discuss a game plan for my next court date. He was 3 hours late for our initial phone call. It took on average a week for a response to my messages even after he left, and those responses generally just told me they were still working on it with no actual progress. As far as I can tell, all they did is request two continuances, a motion of discovery, and speak to the prosecuting attorney. In my view, the only reason my case was dismissed is because I took matters into my own hands because I just had a baby and live in a different state and didn’t want to risk having a conviction on my record when I have never had any kind of criminal record before I moved to Missouri and got pregnant. Would not recommend this firm to anyone.
