Great law firm

Dana was recommended to me by several people including other attorneys and is exceptional. Her office is very professional, extremely organized and respectful. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. She is knowledgeable, honest, straight forward, hard working, an advocate and an ally and I appreciated having her fight in my corner each time with great success. I highly recommend her.

I feel bad for anyone who spends their money. Incompetent

I have witnessed her pure bias ness and she’s also rude. I would not recommend her & would in fact try my hardest to get a different guardian ad litem if my child were involved.

If you get this attorney, make sure you file a motion to receive a different attorney for your child. Dana is the most biased person I have ever met. Never did she want to hear my side of the story nor does she acknowledge me whatsoever. Please understand this review and file a motions for a different person. They will sweep you under the rug and forget about you and take your money.

Currently going through family court with a friend and I have witnessed this woman being VERY bias and it does not seem as if she’s truly genuine in advocating for the child or even caring to hear the fathers side at all. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I would NOT ever recommend her. All she cares about is money and I just do not even understand how this woman sleeps at night with what I’ve witnessed how she handles her custody cases. SHAME ON HER.

BEWARE!! Dana Outlaw engaged in Professional Misconduct and also violated the "Standards" of a Guardian Ad Litem during my divorce. My daughter was kidnapped for over an entire year and alienated from me because Dana continued to take on more cases and money from clients then she is capable of handling. She rescheduled appointments constantly. She forgets major points of what your case is about. She is gender bias. Then she lies to the courts and blames everyone else for her shortcomings instead of excepting responsibility for her actions. I have many lies that she has made in writing during my divorce. I am corresponding now with The Office of The Chief Disciplinary Council . If you have hired her and feel like she has been dishonest I encourage you to file a formal complaint With The Office of The Chief Disciplinary Council. First, you should look up and research The Rules of Professional Conduct so you will be informed of what constitutes a violation. If she is acting as a Guardian Ad Litem they have what's called "Standards" that she has to adhere to. Legal matters are stressful and expensive. The damage a bad lawyer could do in family matters can last a lifetime. I expressly DO NOT RECOMMEND HER. BAD BUSINESS DESERVES TO FAIL. Do not be the next family she destroys.

The absolute worst attorney to get if abused children are involved. She apparently thinks it’s just fine for children to be abused by their mother and even made sure this last time that the mother gets to do it more often. She has henchmen that pretend to be experts that are nothing but hit men giving false diagnoses to people so that they can take time and any say in the care of the children away from the father. Don’t let her set you up with anyone that she knows for any evaluation or counseling because they will use it all against you in court. And over and over again. She is completely corrupt and being reported to the Bar association for the problems listed above

Dangerous to children, a bully with anger control issues, colluded with attorneys to keep the clock running and make herself more money when our case was much simpler, doesn't listen to anyone, turns the facts and statements that witnesses give her upside down and inside out to tyrannically punish and control are the impressions and opinions of all of us who are her victims.

Dana Outlaw is the absolute worst GAL you could fine. She worked a case for custody of my son who was being abused by his mom(who plead guilty to abusing him) who went to jail at the beginning of the case. This woman helped get my son back to the abuser and i got 1hr a week supervised visitation, robbed me of over $10,000 and had a lean put on my house after she saw how nice it was. She all about money and not the well being of the child. If she's ever appointed on your case and you not a woman change GAL immediately!!!
