Let me start by saying one thing Jamie is amazing. My divorce was handled by a different attorney that I do not recommend and I switched after being taken again back to court shortly after it was final, not once but multiple times which should explain how complicated my situation was with custody, finalizing everything, and finances. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but her she has been handling my case when needed for 3 yrs+ now. Please don’t let that scare you there’s no law in MO on how much your ex can take you back to court, hence the ongoing saga for year after year. Jamie is always available, caring, listens, ask your opinion is straightforward, honest, and Che is in on how you are doing. But also does not put up with anything from the other side, and knows how to handle the bully’s. She knows how to put the kids first and what is in their best interest. In the court room she is prepared, pays attention to detail, and speaks professionally all maintaining composure.

Patrick Pedano was an amazing attorney to deal with from beginning to end. He helped me through some child custody issues which turned out to be a positive experience. He was knowledgeable, attentive, honest, and gave no outcome promises. I appreciate all of his hard work and will use him anytime family court issues arise.

Patrick Pedano is a thief. He strung out my custody case for over 2 years and took over $20k of my money. He was completely incompetent throughout the entirety of my case. He will sweet talk you at the start of your case only to deliver a nightmare. He doesn't reply to emails. He doesn't care about you. He won't protect you. Near the end of my case he tried to force me to settle with the following terms: $0 child support Tax credit alternating years + Parent coordinator (which I did not want) $0 legal fees Patrick and I had a disagreement over those terms. I called him lazy and he withdrew from my case leaving me without a lawyer 3 weeks before trial. After Patrick withdrew from my case, because he couldn't handle being called lazy, I obtained a new lawyer and the case was settled with the following terms: $710 child support Tax credit EVERY year NO Parent coordinator $5000 Legal fees I don't even understand why a supposedly legitimate attorney would have tried to force me to settle on much worse terms, especially after I paid him tens of thousands of dollars. I gave Patrick over $20,000 to do absolutely nothing for me. He only cares about his money and he will not help you. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU NOT TO HIRE THIS SHADY, LAZY, MONEY HUNGRY, UNTRUSTWORTHY ATTORNEY!!!!
