This guy is jamesport Missouri city attorney and allows Jamesport Missouri city officials to do property damage even after we had agreement in several emails for us to be able to get back from vacation and talk with modot/county and our attorney but this guy allowed the city to do tge damage on the day after we left town !!! We are pretty sure there is enough proof to find them both liable and will soon see but Don't trust this guy he is a liar and lies time after time !!! The second name in their business seems fitting if you rhyme it

I have waited 2 years to post this, but still believe it’s needed. Mr. Cowherd was always polite and professional. We attended an all day meditation. He was out of the room for long periods of time. At the end of the day, I was asked to relinquish a substantial asset. I then found out it was Cowherd who offered that. I’m his client. I also asked for my attorney fees to be paid by the other party, to which they agreed. I asked Cowherd, who was sitting right next to me, how much he needed to finish this lawsuit. He told me. But, when the suit was finished, he said I owed him $2000?? I argued with him about it but just paid it to be finished with him. My whole take on that day was that he just wanted the day to be over, even at my expense. I believe he also wanted to keep the others attorneys happy too. Good old boys club mentality. The office staff was always helpful and prompt. I always appreciated their knowledge and help.

Professional people nice experience

Robert is a very thorough attorney who always protects his client in a most professional manner. He is fair , thorough, honorable, and prompt. He handled a trust for my widowed sister in law and the backed that up with a special needs trust for her son. He also handled two real estate deals for her without the complications and expenses normally associated with such transactions. His associates Joyce, Christa, and particularly Nancy mirror his professionalism and a heart of service. Myself and my sister in law could not be more satisfied.
