I honestly cannot recommend Andrew strongly enough. I think his accessibility and responsiveness combine uniquely with his skills and savvy - you really don't see that often among attorneys in my experience! He handled an issue for me in a matter of days that I thought was unsolvable, period! And he does not reflexively recommend bankruptcy if it's not your best personal option, which might sadly also be unique in that so many attorneys revert to that! I trust him completely and will only use him if and when other similar issues arise for me going forward!

I received Andrew Smith's contact information from a friend whose sister had passed and had used him for her bankruptcy and had been quite pleased with her results. I called Mr. Smith and of course he gave me the details of his fees and what pertinent documentation I would need to file Chapter 7. I made an appointment for 01/19/22 , Chapter 7 filed 01/24/22 , meeting of creditors 02/18/22 via phone , received phone call from Mr. Smith 04/22/22 to my surprise that my case had been discharged.
