I was going straight through an intersection when another car was making a left-hand turn, but they were in my lane. So, I was hit head-on. A drunk driver ran into me on the highway. I was hurt really bad. This firm got me payment for my injuries and made sure my bills got paid by the other drivers insurance. I have told all my friends and family to call them if they are ever hurt. Took great care of me. Thanks for everything !

I have used Boevingloh & Pliakos for three separate credit lawsuits, and with each case, they were successful in their negotiations and all were subsequently dismissed. Both Steve Dioneda and Gary Kullmann made me feel very comfortable in allowing them to handle my case. Not only were they quick to respond and easy to get a hold of, they didn't mind answering my many questions and repeated phone calls. Both attorney's were completely honest in what they were telling me, even if was not exactly what I wanted to hear. The staff members were always very polite and helpful as well. Andrew (Andy) Klein, and all of the staff, were not only eager to help me with my case, but took the time to explain everything to me from fees, to what to expect. When there was a problem with the other side not moving as fast as they could, he jumped on them to make sure they didn't try to delay.
