Rude and unresponsive to potential clients
“Richard returned my call. I spoke with him about my case. He stated, "where did you find us!?" I responded through the Missouri Bar Association. He then stated very rudely, "don't call us! We can't help! I don't want to deal with this! Best of luck to you!" Then hung up.”

Charges for simple inquiries without clear agreement
“I get a bill for the call. I call the office to get clarity, because those two questions should be reasonably answered without cost (each time had to leave a message). After weeks without a call back, I get a strongly worded letter stating that since I didn't pay, they were not going to represent me....which was okay since I never hired them.”
