Emily was wonderful to work with -- she was friendly, responsive, and efficient, and was good at explaining the entire process to help us figure out what kinds of estate planning we would want for our family, what it meant, etc. Pricing seemed reasonable, especially after we got a quote from someone else for nearly twice the fee as Emily was charging! We chose her partly based on her past Google reviews, and I can say our experience seems to have lived up to her reputation.

We had a great experience with Emily. As parents to a young child, we wanted to make sure we have everything in order, but admittedly, we were unfamiliar with the options or what we needed let alone wanted in terms of estate planning. Emily was responsive, friendly and incredibly patient with our many questions. She guided us to decisions we could feel comfortable about and made the process incredibly simple – even through the stay-at-home orders earlier this year. We highly recommend Emily's services!

Emily helped us create a trust, which included wills and healthcare directives, and also provisions for our pets. We had a lot of questions, and she very precisely answered every one. She provided information in a timely manner and answered our e-mail questions within 12 hours. We were never rushed, intimidated, or left floundering. It was a very positive experience, and we would recommend her to anyone looking for help with estate planning.

I found Kirk Estate Planning via a local mom’s group. Emily made creating a trust so easy, and the final document is so organized! It pleased my type A personality. She was responsive to our inquiry. Working with her was a breeze, and she answered any and all of our follow up questions in a timely manner.

We could not have been happier with Emily Kirk and her ability to make the process of getting our trust done as comfortable as possible. She was so patient with all of our questions, adjustments and last minute changes. She articulated the entire process very clearly and detailed for us. She set our minds at complete ease. Emily was able to adjust all of our meetings and Legal signings to be socially distant even during these times of COVID 19. We were so pleased with her and the entire experience. We can not recommend her enough!

Emily Kirk reached out to me immediately to setup an appointment after I left a message. Emily was honest about what I needed and what wasn’t necessary. The cost for the service was very reasonable compared to other estate planners that we looked into. Emily was very timely and thorough with the package she prepared for us. Emily personally took care of every detail and gave us the confidence that our family is as protected as we possibly can be. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Emily for any estate planning concerns in the future.

Emily was great to work with. We had limited knowledge of estate planning, other than that it was something we needed to get done. She met with us, explained the process worked through the different aspects and answered all the questions we had. She was prompt and had her work completed at or before the time she promised.
