Richard helped me settle an ongoing Worker's Compensation negotiation that had come to stalemate at a low amount. He very professionally and expertly made the arguments necessary to secure a much more adequate settlement which I was very pleased with. He did so quickly and kept me advised at all times. The first time I met Richard Faulstich I had been ran over and injured bad at a car dealership I had worked at for a number of years. After working injured for close to two years and not getting better I filed a workmans compensation and then I was fired. Richard helped me through this and I have been very confident in all the assistance and brilliant service that he has shown my self, my family and my friends.

My wife and I hired Richard faulstich a few years ago he got our hopes up and then he just dropped our cases I know that we had everything in our favor I went through severe depression over the accident that we were in I am still to this day in agony I just don't want to have the surgery however if he wouldn't have backed out I probably would have had the surgery we probably would have had a nice settlement and everything would be good I don't recommend using the fast-talking Richard cross stitch who get your hopes up and then bam it's over I think he's just too busy he's worried about quick money I don't know I don't like the guy he dogged my wife and I I do not recommend him
