Bill got back to me the same day I called his office. I was in pretty bad shape, so he met with me and my wife at our home. He was obviously very knowledgeable and experienced in these cases, and he was able to tell me a lot at that very first meeting. I felt sure that I was in good hands and that Mr. Holland was someone I could trust. I was hurt badly by a car that hit my motorcycle after blowing through a stop sign; in fact I'm still in recovery. From Day 1, my main concern was getting better and not losing track of my life goals in the process. Meanwhile, I wanted someone who knew the system working on my behalf to ensure that the settlement was as high as possible. I can say that Mr. Holland went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was the settlement much higher than what I could have hoped for on my own, but it came through faster and with a lot less headache. Emails and phone calls were always responded to promptly. I never felt condescended to. I consistently felt valued, and I always felt like I knew what was going on. Even after the money came through and Mr. Holland was paid, he has continued to respectfully and thoughtfully answer my questions and concerns with the same punctuality and thoroughness as ever. I have been continually impressed. If I had to do it all over, I would hire Bill Holland again.
