If I could give a 0 I would. I spoke to the lady at the front desk explaining my case. She was really nice at first. Then I explained I was a victim of a burglary. I went on to explain my story about wanting to get restitution for my case. The perpetrator was on probation and was discharged from probation without the restitution being automatic in her papers for me being reimbursed for the crime she committed. She asked a couple more questions about my case and I went into further details. She basically said we can't help you and I was hung up on over the phone. Wow, talk about professionalism. None there for sure!!! I wouldn't recommend this law firm if that is the way they are going to treat their clients!!!!
