In my opinion you should stay away from this law firm. That’s all I will say for now.

Casey Elliott provided top-notch legal service to a friend of mine who was an Air Force veteran with cancer and in hospice care. Casey came to the Hospitals at both Boone and later at VA to get the information needed and to get the necessary legal documents executed by him in a timely manner. Because of her speedy assistance, when my friend passed away only weeks later he did so with the peace of mind that his legal affairs were in good order and that his wife would also be in good legal shape. I am glad I was able to help my friend become a client of Casey and am writing this review on his behalf.

I did not feel my attorney was interested in standing up for me, but they were definitely VERY eager to release me $750 later and after they quoted me an astronomical $4,000 retainer for my divorce. Maybe I would have paid had she shown genuine concern for my case. I’d go ANYWHERE else for representation.

Kayla handled the majority of my questions and concerns regarding a complicated custody case as a Junior attorney working closely with Amy Salladay. She excelled in her courtroom conduct and communication with me throughout the case. I was awarded sole custody and the most stringent parenting plan she had seen in her training to date due to safety concerns with the children’s father. Eternally grateful for her help during this difficult time.

I worked with attorney Gretchen Yancey in the past two years. She is an amazing person to work with. Stereotypically we all worry about how costly to hire an attorney for a case. Gretchen is absolutely not a money-driven lawyer. She always focuses on how to get the problem solved and often solved it in a pleasant way other than led a “dog fight.” She is a true deal for a family-case attorney!

Kayla was over all the best lawyer. Everything went smoothly she explained everything to me and the communication was great! She help me get guardianship of my two Grandaughter’s.

Was in someone bad relationship situation Kayla was very helpful and knowledgeable in stuff I have no clue on. To some it seems I may have wasted money but I feel it was all worth saving relationship ....at any cost...and hope it benefitted Kayla and folks she works for and works for her

Within 3 months Kayla Welch, was able to get me divorced and sole custody of my son. I spent 3 and a half years begging for a divorce. It was over faster than I expected.
