Aggressive and good

He was on his job and got my divorce done quickly. He was so easy to deal with and helping during this hard time I was going through. I would use him again if i had too.

We consulted Mr. Bender to file a legal name change for our teenager. He was knowledgeable, efficient, communication was easy, and his fee was quite reasonable. Should we ever have another need, we’d certainly call on him again.

Horrible service. Granted I’m writing this from the opposing party but hear me out. You would think since Mr. Bender is an attorney he would be capable of maintaining a level of professionalism for both parties with having the capacity to present himself with compassion and understanding. However, this was NOT the case in my experience. During trial he would talk to my attorney in the conference room as if I wasn’t there and I was simply wasting his time. He whined more than my toddler child has ever done, during my trial. Sure I maybe just an upset Father that has to pay child support due to Missouri Laws and the misuse of the Form 14, but Mr. Bender could have been a little more understanding on how his impact only made my situation harder as a lovely Father of my child. To: Mr. Bender, just because laws and forms state someone should be eligible for receiving child support, doesn’t mean it’s morally or ethically (or at least my opinion on what ethics is defined as) right. Yes, that is your job to fight these cases, but how do you sleep at night knowing you are ruining the other parent’s life and financially draining them? You are essentially pushing me out of my home and making it hard for me to survive with my daughter. Lastly, at the very end Mr. Bender had ONE job that pertained to my case. All he had to do was file ONE form to allow me to login online and pay child support monthly. Instead he filled out the form for my employer to garnish my wages, I have a LEGAL right to voluntarily pay. He failed at filing this correctly twice, even after I got my attorney involved. I’m now writing a letter to the Judge to rectify Mr. Bender’s incompetence for completing simple paperwork. I will also be submitting a formal complaint about Mr. Bender’s performance (or lack of) to the Missouri Bar. Mr. Bender, I was born and raised in this town and will be sharing my story about you to everyone I know. Shame on you Mr. Bender and I hope what’s left of your conscious will some day allow you to understand what you’re doing is wrong.

Ben is an expert in handling criminal cases. Very affordable, well versed in criminal law, easy to contact, and fights hard for all his clients. Ben recently worked with me regarding a DWI case at a checkpoint, and I was more than ecstatic with my outcome.
