I had a fantastic experience working with A.W. Smith. Everyone I worked with was patient and professional with me, they did an excellent job of explaining things to me in a way that was easily understood. They worked promptly and got me my settlement quickly but didn't sacrifice quality for speed either. They were able to double my expected settlement by hunting down leads and still managed to get it to me within a few months. I'm impressed and grateful.

I was in a really bad motorcycle wreck back in Sept. of 2022, I was a passenger with no helmet and the back tire hit something and lost air. I was thrown over 10 ft. and landed on the middle line of the Hwy. that we were on, the rider was injured to, but was in and out of the hospital. I was almost hit by two cars that were coming down the other lane because I was knocked unconscious immediately and was life flighted to MU where I lied in Acoma for 2.5 weeks, I still to this day have a little brain damage and still have no feeling in my right side, along with I lost movement in my right pinkie. I remained in the hospital for two months and had to learn to walk again, talk again and THANK GOD my Employer kept my position (that I had to pretty much learn again). I have had nothing but good experiences with the people that work for The A.W. Smith Law Firm, P.C! They have jumped right in and taken control of what needed to be done and I am so appreciative of them for the help that they have gotten me so far. I still have hospital visits and a long road ahead of me before they are through helping me, but again I am very THANKFUL for what they have done and the contact that they keep. PC

Fantastic firm to deal with! Took my case when the outcome was very uncertain, and no one else would take it. They were super professional and put up with the defense team dragging the case out. They won my case! And the pricing was extremely fair and the process was super simple once the case was over. I couldn’t be happier and have nothing but the best things to say of A.W. The best law firm in the Midwest

There is nothing I can say that could even touch the amount of gratitude I have for this firm. One obviously doesn’t hope or plan for an accident to happen but, when it does, you really want these guys on your side. Shortly after the accident happened, I received at least half a dozen packets from different firms wanting to take my case. Several of these packets contained very impressive mini video screens with personalized videos of a lawyer speaking to me about how they would fight to get me what I deserve. I am sure these firms would have been fine, but I had already heard great things about A.W. Smith and recommendations from real people are so much more important to me than my own personal video message. Brooklyn was my first contact with the office. She was professional and always had a smile. You can just tell when someone is a genuinely nice person. I had a cell number for her which was extremely handy as I am a busy business owner and am rarely sitting down to check emails. Also, if I texted her a question she was always quick to respond. E.C. was the attorney on my case and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was always so approachable and I never felt like I was being talked down to. He was extremely honest and forthright about what I should be expecting throughout different stages of the process and I never felt like he was just telling me what I wanted to hear. I appreciated that so much . This is a long and complicated process and I always felt like they were handling my case, but not trying to handle me. I was routinely asked what my feelings were instead of being told what I needed to do. It was very clear from the start that I had chosen the right firm for me and I would recommend the A. W. Smith Law Firm to anyone who needs someone to truly fight on their behalf. I actually thought long and hard about whether I wanted to get a lawyer at all because I had always felt like personal injury lawyers were “slimy” and that all of them were just out for themselves.
