I should have believed the reviews prior to contacting Stange Law. I scheduled a virtual consultation with them on 10/17 for the consultation to be held 10/23, received email confirmation and the email confirmation stated I would be contacted to pay the $175 for consultation. There was no contact by 10/21, therefore I had to call and follow up. The intake person I spoke with stated that my consultation appointment was not in their systems. Based on this error on their side I opted to schedule an in person consultation, and they advised there was availability on Saturday 10/26. I booked that and was emailed a link to pay the $175 consultation fee, which I paid. The appointment time came, and I was at the location 20 mins prior to appointment as directed. The parking lot was empty, and I made calls to them which an answering service answered. Finally, 10 mins after my appointment time was scheduled and still not signs of the attorney and business doors were locked I received a call back from an intake person with the firm, and they could not get a hold of the attorney or law firm partner. Therefore, the attorney no showed for the appointment. This is terrible business practice, a waste of my time, and totally unprofessional. The intake person advised the same, and they never got an answer as to why the attorney no showed for the appointment. If the attorney cannot show up for a scheduled appointment there is no way this firm would be trusted to handle my case or show up for court dates on time. I highly recommend people do not waste their time with this firm.

Diane was a fantastic lawyer, she handled the case very professionally and was very informative. I would recommend Stange Law to anyone needing a fair priced and very educated law firm.

I only wish I knew what I was going through with this so called law firm. They don’t care about clients just the clients money. I was shifted around through 5 different lawyers. And when my last lawyer left they left the case. Worthless law firm ever. Kept taking my money and it took a yr just to get to mediation. On top of all that they asked if I wanted to go with a partner of the firm. And that’s what I got a first. Then got a paralegal and still paying for a Partner fee. Listen don’t go with this form. Read the reviews.

If their was a option for no stars I would put it!! HIGHLY RECOMEND NOT USING THEM! They are highly unprofessional! Emily is not sympathetic to my case. This should have been a very easy cut and dry case! The GAL has even stepped in on multiple occasions to defend me and my son. As being the mom who has taken care of her son almost 10 years all by herself. Wasn't getting much positivity from Emily. I will say Nick her ex Assistant was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He was very kind, understood my situation, was very empathetic to my case and did everything in a timely manner. He even gave me words of encouragement telling me I am a great mom. As for Emily I will not refer anyone to her . She did not fight for me especially the way she should have. I didn't even get child support nor 10 years of back paid child support which should have been done. Every time I asked she kept pushing me of and saying it will be done by the end of the day and never was filed which should have been the first thing she should have done!

TERRIBLE LAW FIRM. DO NOT USE THEM. Emily the attorney absolutely SCREWED my friend. Then they accused her of being a liar and not making payments. I saw the documentation. She was making her payments! They literally called her a liar, in WRITING. UNPROFESSIONAL. They will not help you win your case. I will never, ever, use this law firm.

Do not under any circumstances enter into contract with this firm. I fired an attorney over 4 months ago and the firm continues to harass me. The firm lost an attorney after taking my case and the replacement attorney Emily was unprepared and overburdened. I advised her that I could not afford to take undue financial risk and that I would be unable to pursue costly litigation. Five thousand dollars later and the firm had not obtained any relief from the courts. There were continuing requests from the offices for additional information including earnings statements. The law firm demanded a written and notarized statement to take its leave from the case. They continue to call and bill me after I told the attorney not to file any other documents on my behalf. She stated that I could not make the filings independent of her because I was not an attorney. She had been asked to stop filings a full 6 weeks prior to this. I went into the office and brought my account current and told them to stop action I could not afford it. Now fully 2 months later I am continuing to have to devote time and resources to a case I do not have the resources to fight.I continue to be billed despite firing these people several months ago. I am being held hostage and extorted by a company who does not have my best interests in mind. 07/17/2024. These people do not deal honestly with clients. They demand large payment pools and bill exorbitantly for low quality work. DM

This was an extremely slow unreliable and horrible service I paid a lot of money for him to tell me. I can't get on a case and get $800 back that I can't even cash. A check for there was no good and the check was fake. And the male banker talk about touching himself
